Your choice and your pace
You are in charge here.
You get to decide what you try, when you try it, and how deep you go. If something feels like “too much,” that’s not failure that’s information. Slow down, shorten the practice, take a break, or stop.

The following blog posts are provided by HERO LIFE HAPPY Coaching LTD (Parenting. Through. Feeling. / Julie Marrast) for educational and informational purposes only. They are not to be used as medical advice, mental health treatment, diagnosis, therapy, or a substitute for professional care.
Emotional embodiment practices may bring up strong feelings, memories, sensations, and/or physical reactions. By reading anything on this website, blog, or doing any of the recipes, downloading or using any guides, project outlines or circle invitations, you acknowledge and agree that you are voluntarily participating and are solely responsible for your own emotional, physical, and medical safety, decisions, and actions. Go at your own pace. Stop at any time. Take breaks when needed.
If you feel overwhelmed, pause and ground yourself: feel your feet on the floor, place a hand on your heart, and breathe slowly. These practices are intended to help you move emotion through your body—not to reenact harm and not to discharge emotions onto others.
Always listen to your body first.
If you have a trauma history, PTSD, panic attacks, a medical condition, or concerns about whether these practices are appropriate for you, consult a qualified professional before use. If you are in crisis or at risk of harming yourself or others, stop and seek immediate help in your area.

Emotional safety reminders
-
Start small (2–10 minutes). Consistency matters more than intensity.
-
If you feel flooded and overwhelmed with emotions: STOP for now or shorten the timer, slow your exhales, feel your feet on the floor, and name 5 things you see.
-
Choose support when you need it (trusted person, coach, therapist, doctor). Support counts.
